Raggett strikes as Rotherham down Millwall

Sean Raggett's first-half header gave Championship new-boys Rotherham a 1-0 win over Millwall at the New York Stadium on Sunday.

Raggett, on a season-long loan from Norwich, headed home in the 20th minute to clinch Rotherham's second victory since last season's promotion from League One.

It was Millwall's second successive defeat after starting the season on a three-match unbeaten run.

Neil Harris's side almost levelled in the 55th minute, but Jake Cooper's powerful header was saved.

Tom Bradshaw, making his Millwall debut following his move from Barnsley, couldn't convert a chance to level, while Tom Elliott had a shot saved for the Lions.

Jed Wallace was Millwall's biggest threat throughout the game and the winger came closest to equalising when he fired just wide.
