Turkish international striker Burak Yilmaz scored on his debut as Beijing Guoan beat Hangzhou Greentown 3-0 away to ease the pressure on coach Alberto Zaccheroni.

The eight million euro ($9.1 million) signing from Galatasaray scored Guoan's first goal of the season with a placed shot in the 63rd minute after coming on at half-time.

Just one minute later, the 30-year-old Turk was instrumental again when his rebound fell to midfielder Zhang Xizhe, who scored Beijing's second.

Brazilian playmaker Renato Augusto, formerly of Bayer Leverkusen, completed the scoring with a 78th-minute penalty.

The convincing weekend victory was a timely tonic for ex-Juventus and Japan coach Zaccheroni, who came under fire after Beijing failed to score in their first three games when Yilmaz was also out injured.

"He's the king of Beijing now and our trump card," team-mate Zhang told Sina Sports, when asked about Yilmaz's explosive debut. "Finally he got the chance to show his worth."

Elsewhere, Jiangsu Suning stayed top of the 16-team Chinese Super League after a 2-0 victory over Shanghai Shenhua in front of 45,000 fans in Nanjing.

Two late headed goals from Chinese national defender Ren Hang in the 83rd and 90th minutes sealed the win.

Just a point behind are Luiz Felipe Scolari's Guangzhou Evergrande, who won 2-1 at home to Henan Jianye.

Brazilian Ricardo Goulart scored from the spot for the home team in the 59th minute and Chinese national team striker Gao Lin added a second in the 66th.

Australian defender Ryan McGowan had opened for Henan in the 18th minute, despite strong suggestions of offside.

Sven-Goran Eriksson's Shanghai SIPG moved into third in the table with a 1-0 victory over Guangzhou R&F thanks an own goal five minutes from time from Swedish defender Gustav Svensson.
