French striker Sebastian Haller rescued Eintracht Frankfurt's unbeaten run with a 92nd-minute equaliser in their 1-1 draw at Nuremberg on Sunday in the Bundesliga.

Both goalkeepers had a busy afternoon in wet conditions in Nuremberg until Slovakia striker Adam Zrelak put the hosts ahead 12 minutes from time.

He headed home a chip to the far post past Frankfurt's Germany goalkeeper Kevin Trapp, just two minutes after coming off the bench.

However Frankfurt kept their composure and with a last-gasp effort Haller, who was also a second-half substitute, got a foot to a superb cross from defender Danny da Costa to equalise two minutes into added time.

Frankfurt are now six games without defeat in all competitions.

It was Haller's fifth goal of the season having also scored twice and set up two more in Frankfurt's 7-1 thumping of Fortuna Duesseldorf last weekend, a match in which Eintracht striker Luka Jovic scored five goals.

Having last lost at the end of September, when they lost 3-1 in Moechengladbach, Frankfurt are seventh in the league table while Nuremberg are down in 13th after victories against fellow strugglers Fortuna Duesseldorf and Hanover 96.
