Patson Daka scored twice as Leicester went six points clear at the top of English football's second-tier Championship with a 3-0 win over bottom club Rotherham on Saturday.

Daka opened the scoring on the hour from close range and then scored from the penalty spot five minutes later after he was fouled by Rotherham goalkeeper Viktor Johansson.

Leicester substitute Cesare Casadei completed the scoring with a diving header in the 72nd minute as the Foxes secured a fifth straight league win.

Their position was strengthened by second-placed Ipswich's stunning 4-0 loss to Leeds in Saturday's early kick-off.
