Greece defender Manolas calls out double agent

Roma defender Kostas Manolas was left puzzled and forced to clarify his situation after football 'super agent' Mino Raiola gave the impression he represented the Greek international on Thursday.

Raiola gave a lengthy interview to Italian sports daily Gazzetta dello Sport in which he spoke about several of the players he represents, including Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, AC Milan's on-loan Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli and Paul Pogba, the France attacking midfielder with Italian champions Juventus.

Raiola was also asked about Manolas and the possibility the Greek defender could entertain apparent offers from bigger clubs.

But the player himself was left perplexed.

"I don't know why he said those things because he's not my agent. My agent is Mr. Evangelopoulos," said Manolas.

"Plus, what he said isn't true."
