Next year's UEFA Super Cup will be staged in the Polish capital Warsaw, European football's governing body announced on Tuesday.

UEFA said the game between the winners of this season's Champions League and Europa League would be played at the National Stadium in Warsaw on Wednesday, August 14 next year.

Manchester City won this year's edition, defeating Sevilla on penalties after a 1-1 draw at the Karaiskakis Stadium in Piraeus, just outside Athens.
